About the Chef
Miss Watley studied at the Art Institute of Atlanta where she discovered her passion for cupcakes. Originally a hot-food Chef and taking a Chef Ramsey approach in the kitchen, she learned that PASTRY equals PATIENCE! Influenced by Pastry Instructor Chef Bill Lipscomb, she gained a joy for baking. Inspired by almost all things consisting of color, Miss Watley is liable to come up with a new flavor everyday. She encourages all to take the time to smell the roses, while bitng into the sweet life, because
